Woolf's current litter, and the next entry in the ledger. Listings are updated the moment a puppy's status changes — a puppy marked "available" really is available today.
Puppy photos coming soon. Woolf's litter is photographed at six weeks, once the ridge has fully formed. The thumbnails below will be replaced right after the photo session.
Every other detail — colour, sex, date of birth, price, vaccinations — is accurate.
We don't work on a first-come, first-served basis. After an interview — by email, phone or a visit — we enter your family in the ledger for the litter that suits you.
Matching happens around week seven. We've watched every puppy since birth: the one who explores first, the one who stays close to their mother, the one nothing rattles. That's what decides which puppy goes to which family — never a colour picked from a photo.
A $600 deposit confirms your place and applies to the total price. It's refundable if the litter doesn't produce the right puppy for you.
Not every family's. It's an independent dog, reserved with strangers and occasionally stubborn — the opposite of a dog that tries to please at all costs. It suits an active household with consistent training, one willing to accept that it will never be fully submissive. We turn down more families than we accept.
No, and that's deliberate. Matching is based on seven weeks of observed temperament, not coat colour. We introduce you to the puppy or puppies that suit your household, and you decide from there.
It's a rare congenital condition specific to ridged breeds, which can create a channel under the skin reaching toward the spinal membranes. It's screened by palpation, and imaging where needed, before breeding and again at each puppy's birth. No puppy leaves the Cabinet without this screening.
No. Every family collects their puppy at the Cabinet. It lets us show you the handling routine one last time, hand over the puppy's complete ledger record, and see them leave in good conditions. We never ship puppies by carrier.
Vaccinations up to date, complete deworming, a microchip registered in your name, a veterinary exam in the days before departure, a health record, registration papers, and the pages of the Cabinet's ledger concerning your puppy and its parents.
Often more than a year, since only one litter is born each year. Sappho's litter, planned for summer 2027, already has an open waiting list. Join early: we notify registered families before anything is published on the site.
Join the waiting list for Sappho's litter. We notify registered families as soon as the breeding is confirmed — usually several months before the puppies are born.
